Mining: An Industrial Necessity

We do need mining – most of the people in mining business would argue that we couldn’t survive without mining ( yes its the fact ). For the economic value it is necessary for mines to continue, as we come to the age of technology, minerals are badly needed to move us forward. We became so dependent to the things that only mining products could provide for us. We couldn’t go somewhere without using some sort of transportation, sometimes our day is not complete without watching television, cellphones and computers has become part of our daily lives, our homes, schools, hospitals and so on and so forth are in existence because of mining.
Mining creates a lot of job opportunities, mining companies make tax payments to local government, they provide education, livelihood programs to the locals of the community, pay hospital bills, and also mining companies help eliminate poverty. The mining industry is one of the major contributor to the Philippine economy
Whether we like or not mining is essential to human growth, improvement and as we move forward people have strongly become dependent to mining. I must say that no one can survive without mining.
